ScrappyCMO is operated by Specjal Pty Ltd, a company registered in Australia. We provide marketing intelligence MCP servers and a web platform at scrappycmo.com.

• Email addresses when you join the waitlist or submit a contact form.

• MCP tool usage data from our marketing intelligence servers. This data is anonymized and used to improve tool quality. We do not track individual queries back to specific users.

ScrappyCMO MCP servers use a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. When you provide API keys for AI models (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google), those keys are sent directly from your client to the relevant AI provider. We do not store, log, or proxy your API keys. Your keys never touch our servers.

• To send you product updates and announcements if you joined the waitlist.
• To respond to contact form submissions.
• To improve our MCP tools and web platform based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.
• To maintain and secure our services.

We use the following third-party services:

• Brevo for email communication and contact management.
• Cloudflare for hosting, CDN, and security.
• Supabase for database services.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We only share data with the third-party service providers listed above, and only to the extent necessary to operate our services.

We retain your email address and contact information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can request deletion of your data at any time through our contact form.
